Cameron Williams hoping to kick on with Bulldogs

THE Bulldogs are delighted to confirm the return for a third season at The Pound of up-and-coming defenceman, Cameron Williams!

Cam has shown great progression since first coming to West Yorkshire back in the summer of 2023 and it is expected he will take another big step forward during the 2025-6 NIHL North Two campaign with the Bulldogs. 

Player-coach Dave Williams believes having more experienced players around him this year will aid Cam’s progress.

On signing for a third straight season, Cam said: “It’s great to be back again for another season. I can hopefully continue improving as a player and contribute to helping make us a successful team in the coming weeks and months.”

Dave added: “Cam contributed well last season and stepped up when given the opportunity. His game showed improvement and he became more confident as the season went on. 

“Hopefully, he can continue his development playing amongst the experienced defence lineup we have for this season.”
