THE Bulldogs are thrilled to confirm that forward Kacper Andrukianiec will be returning for the 2025-26 NILH North season!

The 22-year-old right-hander stepped up in so many ways last season, firstly as an assistant captain and then as the team’s top point-scorer, filling the gap left by Josh Stockton and Connor Medley from the previous year, by posting 17 goals and 15 assists in just 25 appearances and who can forget his Super Six Sunday against the Lions?!)!

Having come through the Bulldogs’ junior system, Kacper has Bulldogs blood running through his veins, making it no surprise to hear of him agreeing to a fifth season of senior hockey in Bradford.

Kacper said: “I’m excited to get going for another year with the bulldogs, especially after a difficult rebuild year last year with a lot of the experienced players moving on.

“With Dave stepping up I’m excited with the way he is wanting the team to move forward with more structure and ambition. I’m excited to get back on the ice with the boys and push our way up the table from the start.”

Player-coach Dave Williams said he expected Kacper to build on last season’s excellent showing, adding: “Last year was Kacper's best year so far. He led the team in scoring and stepped up to become one of the more experienced voices in the dressing room.

“He has been working really hard over the summer -on and off the ice - so he is ready to go again this year. With some of the signings that have been made this year, we should again see him among the teams leaders in terms of scoring.”
